Our first week in business and a complete shut down due to Covid. We lose our biggest client. So we pivot like many across industries. Today we grow, process, distribute and retail gourmet cultivated and foraged mushrooms in Southwestern Ontario and Michigan. We have partnered with other growers to bring a variety of options to satisfy any taste buds which can be found at our Mushroom Hubs, featuring the best of Fungi. We are on a mission to make our planet healthier than we have found it and we believe Fungi is the solution. Join us as we explore the power of mushrooms and the magical kingdom of Fungi.

An everything Fungi boutique featuring the best of mushroom and truffle deliciousness. From fresh, dried, marinated, pickled, jerky, chocolates, tonics, teas, coffees, powders and more, our menu consists of products we make; and products of our various partners, some of which our Founder has been working with for over a decade. Did you know that you can expose your mushrooms to the Sun for 30 minutes prior to cooking them and some varieties, like Oyster & Enoki, will gain enough Vitamin D to achieve your daily requirement? Yup, this is a fun Fungi Fact.
All mushrooms should always be cooked to break down their cell wall so that all the available nutrients are accessible. Keep your mushrooms in the back of the fridge, or in a compartment less used, and they will gain a day or two of freshness depending on variety.
We are partnered with local businesses to achieve a cleaner carbon footprint on basis of our operations, from composting, growing to delivering of our products.
